How to export models to SBML
Models can be exported to the SBML format. To know more about the SBML format check http://www.sbml.org.
You can access
the "Export 2 SBML" option under the "Project -> Export" menu.
First, you have to choose the model that you want to export to SBML; afterwards, you have to define the SBML Level and version; to finish just choose the file and location to save the SBML.
OptFlux can export also to SBML using the Palson's notation. To use this option just click on the "Palson's notation" checkbox.
