OptFlux provides features that allow a richer interaction with the Cell Designer (CD) application. Currently, the main features allow users to load a SBML file created in CD to visualize a model (or a part of it) and also to export a model together with simulation results to be viewed in CD (in this case, the arrow width of reactions will be proportional to the value of its flux).
