From Optflux
The visualization plugin now comes with the default plugins of OptFlux, so you just need to download the most recent version of OptFlux to access this plugin functionalities.
The visualization plugin allows the user to import and export layouts, and connect the entities from the layout with the entities of the metabolic model. The network will be available from the OptFlux Clipboard under the Project Elements category. All this will be explained in more detail in this section.
Creating a layout
There are 2 ways of creating a layout. Importing it from a file or create it from the metabolic model reactions.
